These terms govern your use of the One Persona Projects website and the engagement of our services.
Quotes & pricing
All quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are denominated in South African Rand. Pricing excludes third-party licences unless stated. A deposit may be required before work begins.
Payment
Invoices are payable within the agreed terms (default 30 days). VAT is charged at the prevailing rate where applicable.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party and pre-existing components.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
